our services, you agree to these legally binding terms.
1. Service Description
Trainline offers personalized train journey planning across Europe. Services are provided exclusively via email and include:
Route planning
Itinerary customization
Travel time coordination
Recommendations on ticketing, classes, and connections We are not a transport operator and do not sell or issue train tickets. We offer travel planning and itinerary assistance only.
2. User Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Provide accurate and complete information
Agree to be bound by these Terms We reserve the right to decline services to anyone who does not meet these requirements.
3. Booking Process

Your email must include:
Full name
Contact email
Travel dates and locations
Preferences (seat class, timing, etc.)
We will respond with a quote and itinerary. Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed.
4. Payments & Refunds
Full payment is required before itinerary services are delivered. We do not use third-party payment processors; payments are handled directly.
Refunds are only available if you cancel at least 24 hours before your planned travel time.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the departure time are non-refundable.
5. Limitations of Service We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, strikes, or any service changes made by train companies. We do not guarantee seat availability or real-time updates.
Your final travel arrangements (tickets, boarding, changes) are your responsibility.
6. Data Protection We protect your personal information in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Data is stored securely and deleted after your travel is complete.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and documents (plans, itineraries, correspondence) is owned by Trainline and protected by copyright laws. You may not reuse or
republish it without written permission.
8. Liability Disclaimer
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we shall not be liable for: Missed trains or connections
Financial loss from third-party services
Disruptions caused by rail providers
Any incidental or consequential damages
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be resolved in the courts of London, UK.
