We help you plan train journeys across Europe by providing you with custom itineraries, routes, connection options, and scheduling advice. You email us your
travel needs, and we reply with a full plan. Q2: Do you sell train tickets?
No. We do not sell, issue, or guarantee train tickets. You will need to book your own tickets based on the itinerary we send. Q3: How do I request a travel plan?

Your full name
Travel origin and destination
Travel date and time
Any preferences (e.g., direct route, overnight train, specific countries)
Q4: How long does it take to receive my plan?
We typically deliver custom travel plans within 24–48 hours after receiving payment. Q5: Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes — you can get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Any cancellations made after that window are non-refundable. Q6: What if I miss my train?
Our service ends once your travel plan is delivered. We are not responsible for train delays, missed connections, or operator issues. Always double-check your
final schedule before departure. Q7: Is my information kept secure?
Yes. All data is stored on internal hard drives and deleted after your journey ends. We do not use online servers or third-party data processors. Q8: Can I request a specific train operator?
Yes — we’ll try to accommodate preferences such as Eurostar, Deutsche Bahn, SNCF, or Trenitalia if routes and times allow.
